Modules Structure

Multiple Configurations

Here are some examples of possible configurations provided by Exact Solution:

The Recording Concept (Batch Mode)

Supports an infinite number of clock terminals distributed over one or more sites, where data collection doesn't require real time. In this scenario, data can be collected periodically (daily, weekly or on demand).

Each data collection terminal is stand-alone, keeps the information in memory and transmits it to the central server when required.

The Real-Time Concept (Online)

Data is collected through linked interactive terminals.

This configuration is recommended when:

     a) vital information has to be validated during the execution of

         tasks (work order, instructions, inventory, etc.)
     b) received information has to be immediately transmitted to

         the central server for processing field information, task

         progression reports, etc.

This solution applies to industrial environments, production lines, etc.

«Vertical» Configuration

This configuration applies when all the activities are located in the same building (administration, production workshops, etc.).

«Horizontal Deployment» Configuration

This configuration applies when activities are distributed over a large geographical area: administration, offices, workshops and plants. A head office can be established as the central administrative point.
 

Equipment

Equipment like terminals, controllers, barcode readers, etc. are an important part of Exact Solution. However we can also use previously installed equipment from other manufacturers to preserve your investment. In certain matching situations, we can also substitute a physical terminal with "terminal emulation" on a computer display. This proves to be a useful feature in a company workplace equipped with a computer with requirements for collecting data; i.e., for production management or for assigning time to a project or contract.

    the integrated “Crystal Report” structure, users can modify those

    types of reports.
