Ultramar implements Exactsoft's time management solution in 220 service stations

Exactsoft Technologies Inc., a supplier of world-class enterprise solutions is pleased to announce that three of its Exact Solution modules will be implemented at the Ultramar Ltd. head office, to be used in its 220 Corner Store stations.

The modules included in the contract are Exact-Time for time and attendance management, Exact-HR for human resources management and Exact-Scheduling for the creation of employee work schedules. These solutions will allow complete automation of current transactions in the Human Resources and Payroll departments as well as simplify the work of branch managers who create the work schedules while juggling with vacations, sick days, working public holidays, etc.

This software implementation, planned for next February, will significantly save time in regards to form filling, data entry corrections, reports creation and other transaction of the kind for Ultramar's human resources staff.
